Jessica, was born and raised in Leeds.

Her dance journey first started at the age of 4 when she joined a local gymnastics club. After 2 years of recreational training she was selected to join the acrobatic gymnastics elite section at Leeds gymnastics club, this led to her competing at both a national and international level.

Alongside gymnastics, Jess’ other passions were ballet and contemporary dance whilst training at Leeds Dance Academy.

She attended Leeds City College studying Dance and then chose to further her studies in Dance at the University of Salford. Upon completing her degree, she received a prestigious Create Student Award for music and dance.

She has worked with Hawk Dance Theatre performing a solo as part of a film series around the Northern Quarter, Manchester for Random Acts (Channel 4).

She was proud to be part of a performance, choreographed by herself and 6 other dancers which was performed at First Direct Arena in Leeds for an audience of over 4,000 people.

She has been lucky to be part of a visually stunning and extraordinary site- specific piece created by Company Chameleon at Manchester Central Library, called Illuminate.

She is currently working as a gymnastics coach, teaching children from the age of 4 years old up to the age of 18. Additionally, she creates routines for festivals and competitions.
