Kyle Baron
DANCER
Kyle’s passion for dance and performing began at high school where he was involved in countless musicals and dance productions, encouraged and trained by some inspirational teachers. His journey accelerated with the Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) scheme at The Lowry, where for four unforgettable years the scheme prepared him for auditions and expanded his knowledge and technical understanding of contemporary dance.
Moving to London to train at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, Kyle refined his voice, vision and technique as a dancer, graduating with a BA (Hons). During his time at Trinity Laban, he worked with choreographers such as Seke Chimutengwende, Otis-Cameron Carr, Gary Lambert and restaged Sasha Waltz’ work “In C”. He was exposed to a wide variety of techniques and styles, broadening his abilities and versatility and finding time for additional training classes in every different dance genre he could find, while taking in the odd West End show or thirty.
Kyle loves to be active and was chosen to perform in multiple Master’s choreographers’ works at Trinity Laban as well as promoting Trinity Laban as an Ambassador at internal and external events.
He has been a volunteer at Move It has worked alongside the Trinity Laban CAT scheme as a teaching assistant. He never wants to stop learning and growing as a dancer, connecting with other dancers wherever he goes, and forever striving to grow as an artist.
