Elfin Bonome
DANCER
Elfin is a contemporary dance artist from Dorset, whose journey into movement began through community dance. This early exposure deeply shaped her artistic perspective, grounding her approach in intention, attentiveness, and care.
She recently graduated with a First Class Honours from London Contemporary Dance School at The Place. Throughout her training, Elfin developed a strong interest in improvisation and a distinctive movement language that combines intricacy, elegance, and a grounded sense of self and creativity.
During her studies, she collaborated with renowned artists including Hofesh Shechter, Richard Alston, James Finnemore, Becky Namgauds, Monique Jonas and Tough Boys, experiences that further enriched her artistic voice.
Now based in Salford, Elfin is eager to continue evolving her practice by connecting with new communities and exploring fresh creative opportunities alongside like-minded artists.
